Clockwerk | Ally and Enemy Chart
ALLY-ENEMY CHART
Best Allies
Dark Seer
Clockwerk and Dark Seer were made to be buddies. When you cast Power Cogs, Ish’kafel can vacuum the sorry hero into the trap whether he wants it or not! With your Battery, Radiance (which either he or you will get usually), and his Ion Shell, it’s effectively a butt-whopping 163 damage per second while the hero is in the Cogs with you! And Battery-chasing is made so much more easier when you have 522 ms with Surge on your side
.
Axe
Mid-game, you and Axe could go around raping everyone as a sick disabling combo. Almost all of the time if Axe lands a successful call, the enemy hero instantly starts to run while Axe chases trying to get another lucky Helix or two before he finishes them of in an Orgasm of Fury! With you his job can be made so much easier, if you Cogs while the enemy is still being called, getting him pummeled upon for a further 6 seconds more. Can you cry G.G?!

Heroes with Single Target Enemy-Moving Spells
Needless to say, these allies make it so much more easier for you to land Cogs. Behind the trees, just cast Battery and Cogs with Vengeful or Pudge trapped in with you. With VS this combo is deadly and could almost certainly spell death for the unlucky sucker who gets Swapped. With Pudge just be careful not to block his Hook. This type of combo can be used to remove an enemy carry hero from the scene before the battle even starts.

Heroes with Mass Target Enemy-Moving Spells
This is how you can still maintain your team-usefulness late game. Grapple and Reverse Polarity cluster all the enemy heroes into one nice position for you (Polarity even having a bonus stun). Cogging and trapping them in will be an easy job. Storm can do pretty nice damage late game though still a little on the vulnerable side. Grappling-Cogs will probably end up with you two being the sacrificial lambs for your team, the other team pummeling on you while your team pummels on them from the outside. Magnus, on the other hand, with a couple of Battle Furies and damage items deals INSANE AOE damage late game with his own innate Cleave. Polarity-Cogs and Empower-Pummeling for 6 seconds long could easily rape the ass off of any 5 person team!

Heroes with Hard-to-Aim spells
You make these heroes’ lives so much more easier with your Cogs. The enemy heroes have no where to move! As a bonus, Leshrac also has massive AOE damage which means during those 6 seconds it will be like hell for those trapped in with you.
Worst Enemies

Meepo(s)
After Level 11 when he reaches 3 Meepos your 1 on 1 style of battling is going to be very tough to pull off against a trio / quadruple of Meepos. You mini-stun one, three hit you. Luckily, 4 Meepos means your Hookshooting is made 4x Easier. Be sure to aim for the one at the back, hurry to Cogs to make him isolated for your Batteries and make haste to kill him before the 6 seconds are over.

Inviso-Pussy-Bells
Can’t Hit’Em if You Can’t See’Em. I absolutely detest the perma-windwalkers, they’re almost impossible to kill. The only way to counter them is by getting gems or sentries. Another way is to rush them and damage them fast, while saving Hookshot till they go invisible, then Hookshoot to the most likely place they are and hope for the best. If it strikes, Rocket and then Cogs if it is available, and your Rad will eat away slowly at their low health. If their health drops below 150, aim Rocket carefully after the cooldown for a Long-Ranged Kill.

Heroes with Blink-like Spells
In these cases just save your Hookshot for catching up. Luckily spells like Burrowstrike, Leap and Waveform can only be used once in a while so after catching up to them they will have nothing left up their sleeve. 5-second Cooldowns like Blink or Blink-Strike can be tough to counter, but luckily most of their users have low health (except Chaos Knight) so just be sure to kill them fast.

Anti-Attack Heroes
Tiny will absolutely rape your ass if you are not careful. His Avalanche-Toss combo is sick in a 1v1, and with quick fingers the Avalanche can be glitched for double the stun and damage. His Craggy Exterior is very bothersome against melee heroes (that would be you), it reduces your damage output by a lot. He can also toss you out of your own Cogs and run if he’s feeling the heat. Enchantress’s Untouchable slows down your attack rate by 90%, and it was already pathetic enough in the first place! What’s more her heal makes her impossible to kill. Both have anti-melee attack passives, thus don’t go up against them alone.
Easiest Enemies
Any INT or AGI hero should be simple snacks for you mid-game. STR heroes take much longer to kill, and most have reliable, fast-cooldown disables like Storm Bolt and Thunder Clap. There is one STR hero which is really, really easy for you though…

AGAGAGAGA! Against you, Raigor is an absolute, useless piece of crap. Go find out why yourself

Clue: Animation.
